{Shake, Rattle, and Roll Sponsor} Leettle Hands and Feet

"Let my heart be broken by the things that break the heart of God." - Bob Pierce, founder of World Vision International

My name is Alanna and I am a stay-at-home cloth diapering mom of two amazing children and wife of a wonderful, hardworking man.

One day I mulled over the idea of selling cloth diapers, at first as a part-time job. After a while I began thinking about a recent sermon that my church pastor made about using your talents and resources to help those in need. I began to think about how blessed my family actually was and thought that it would be wonderful to give 100% of my sales profits to World Vision International. This non-profit organization serves children and families worldwide, including survivors of natural disaster, abandoned and exploited children, survivors of famine and civil war, refugees, and children and families in communities devastated by diseases such as AIDS and malaria. You can learn more about World Vision at http://www.worldvision.org.

This is just one of the small ways that I can be the "hands and feet" of Jesus to help those in the world around me. Which leads me to the question of how I chose the name "Leettle Hands and Feet", "Leettle" is the nickname of my youngest son, given by his older brother, and of course the rest defines the purpose of my mission.

Thank you all for your support by purchasing from my site, as well as your prayers to keep this vision of mine going. I, as well as those whose lives we are positively impacting, truly value your business.

I was sent the following OS {one size} AI2 {all in two} Camo Minky cloth diaper.

What do you get when you cross and AIO (All-in-one) diaper with a pocket diaper? The All-In-2!

Features:

- Snap in insert that does NOT need to be removed prior to washing, thanks to dual pocket openings...how awesome is that?

- Double leg gussets to help prevent leaks

- Rise, cross-over, & hip snaps for a snug fit for 7-8 lbs to approx. 35+ lbs (basically from birth until potty training).

- Like all of the other pocket diapers, it is customizable, you can use any type of insert, cloth, or pre-fold to increase absorbency.

- Last, but not least, bright & colorful snaps!

Ease of Use

This is my first All in 2 diaper, ever! It is easy to stuff, super soft to baby’s bum, and you don’t have to remove the insert to wash it. Just simply do the standard prewash before use, sun dry, and then snap onto baby.

It comes with two openings, one in the front and then one in the back, plus a flap of fabric to cover it. This allows the diaper to be easily stuffed and it also makes it daddy friendly :]

Fit

This AI2 fits 8-35lbs. Natalie is 9 months and weighs approximately 19lbs. This diaper provided a nice trim fit on her without being too bulky.

We just used the one microfiber insert that came with the diaper. The diaper has 3 rise settings and we are on the second setting and there is still more room to grow! I am sure that this diaper will last the full time to potty training. I love the elastic around the legs and the fact that it is tight, but not so tight that it leaves marks.

The left being the smallest setting and the right being the largest setting.

I was so surprise at how versatile this diaper was! From being small enough to fit a newborn to big enough to fit a growing baby.

Leakage

We were sent the diaper with a microfiber insert, and also a double that is sold separately. The doubler is made out of microfiber that is then covered with bamboo and stitched all the way around.

We used only the one microfiber insert throughout the day with no leakage, but it is recommend to use both a night or for heavy wetters. I am still amazed at how full a cloth diaper can get and not have the mushy feeling like the sposies do.

The double leg gussets are another thing that I love, the truly keep messes contained.

Washing and Drying

When I first receive this diaper, like I do with all my new diapers, I wash it in a hot wash/cold rinse cycle 3-5 times with my Happy Green Life detergent, then I hang up outside in the sun to dry. Then when I am ready to wash the “pee’ diapers I just do a cold prewash, and then a hot/cold cycle. After washing and drying this diaper several times, I had to problems with it.

Appearance, Quality, Style

I love the appearance of this camo diaper and the fact that it can work for boys or girls. I love how cute it looks on baby’s bum, and the quality of the minky is superb! It is soft, and functions extremely well, plus baby seems to really like it

  1. Awesome! I love that camo print and the price for the diapers. The leg gussets look like they would hug little chicken legs too. I think I might take a chance and buy one for my tiny little guy when they re-open. :)
