Hi, I am here to introduce you to Custom Crochet by Amber. I have over 20 years of experience crocheting, embroidering, cross stitching and various other crafty things and I love what I do. More importantly, I love to share what I have with others. Please feel free to ask any questions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE STATEMENT
●My customer service hours are 8AM to 8PM Pacific Standard Time. I check my email every 2-3 hours during those hours. Of course sometimes I'm on earlier or later. These are the hours when I will be around to help you the fastest (this includes weekends).
●All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment (except for weekends and holidays of course).
●All items come from a pet free and smoke free environment

SHIPPING
●All orders are shipped USPS Mail with delivery confirmation, insurance is optional on most items and mandatory on all afghans bigger than a baby blanket. Due to USPS raising there shipping costs effective 5/11/09. I have had to increase my shipping charges. I do apologize. But I am only charging what I am charged for postage and the cost of the packaging. Please convo me with ANY questions regarding shipping.

I found this little shop the other day while browsing around etsy. I completely feel in love with the bottle cap necklaces and the other products. I liked how everything looked nice and professionally made. I also liked the fact that she can do custom images.
Here is a few of the things that you can purchase from Amber (including what I received):
"Pretty in Pink" Bottle Cap Pendant Necklace with sparkle & beads attached that is brand new and unused. The necklace that comes with the cap is Hot Pink Organza and measures 18" long with a 2" extender chain with a secure lobster casp.
The bottle caps are completed in a multiple step process in which they are sealed around the edge to prevent them from coming off the bottle cap due to various weather conditions.

*I use resin instead of a glaze, for a nice hard, durable & glossy finish.

This is an amazing bracelet to show how much of the Twilight Saga Series fan you are. This is also wonderful gift for Twi-Fan in your life.Each bracelet is personally handcrafted by me, it measures 7 1/2" in length and is made with a .925 Sterling Silver Heart Chain with a secure lobster clasp. "Edward's" Heart is a 14mm Swarovski Clear Crystal Heart and "Jacob's" wolf is made of bass wood made here in the US. Every bracelet is individually handcrafted and can be made to any length.
I had this customly made. She has one already made on her sight for Edward. I immediatly had to order one for my Jacob. I mean to support Team Jacob : D I absolutely loved it. It came nicely wrapped and secure. I inspected the whole thing and couldn't find any flaws in it.
Amber is one of the nicest people I have met. When she says she is going to do something she follows through with it. She made sure that I liked the product before shipping it to me. The delievry was excellent and my experience couldn't have been better. So make sure to stop by her store and she what she has to offer you. It would be neat to have a necklace of one of your favorite books. Like maybe Team Peeta, or Team Puck, or whatever suits your fancy.

2. What's your store about? What do you typically sell or sell the most?
I sell A LOT of Twilight themed Jewelry, regardless if it is a bookmark or a Scrabble Tile charm bracelet with the characters photos on them. But my more favorite thing to sell is when someone has given me a vague idea of what they are looking for and I create it from scratch. Or if someone gives me a family photo to surprise mom with on Mother's day.
3. Why did you decide to open a shop?
I was 23, still laid up after a car accident and bills needed to get paid. I ran out of options.
4. What does your shop mean to you?
My shop is everything to me. I'm constantly thinking of new ways to create and make each batch a little better than the last.

1. Tell us a little about yourself, the seller behind the store.
I start Custom Crochet By Amber back in 2004 after a car accident forced me out of work. I had been crocheting since I was about 9 years old. I figured why not use it to make some money. So, I did. I took everything from my savings account, cleaned out all my old "creations" from the closet and started my own website and started listing them on eBay. In early 2009, I had read the entire Twilight Saga Series in eight days. I started creating my own version of Twilight Inspired Jewelry in the vision I saw some if it in my head as I read the book. It just grew from that, from glass tile & scrabble tile jewelry to working with bottle caps. I love doing what I do and creating new things for people to enjoy.
