Mybabyclothes.com sent me the following Banana Split Green Stripe swim suit, sized 12 months.
Ease of Use
I was a little worried that this swim suit would be difficult to use at first with the strings that tie behind the neck, especially with a little one who just won’t stay still any more ;] I just gave her a little something to hold in her hands and it kept her still long enough for me to tie the strands. The strands were also long enough that I didn’t have to worry about them being too tight on the back of her neck.
Fit
So here is where my stupidity comes in. I just got finished washing my cloth diapers in a HOT wash, COLD cycle, and I think that I forgot to turn the machine back to cold/cold cycle. So I am pretty sure that the swimsuit shrunk a little. Other than my stupid mistake, the swim suit still fit little Natalie, I just had to try it on her without a diaper, and of course, she peed on my floor, but no biggies. Not the first time.
Appearance, Quality, and Style
I really LOVE the look of this swim suit, from the halter top to the ruffles, to the sweet little legs, and not to mention baby’s “little” tummy.
The quality of the swim suit is truly amazing, just as long as you follow the instructions and do NOT wash it on hot, and it is made out of a durable yet soft fabric. The legs of the swimsuit have a super soft elastic and the back is also elasticized so that it allows a perfect fit for swim time.
This is the only style and color of this swimsuit. Mybabyclothes.com does offer more of a variety of swimsuits. They are even able to be embroidered with your little one’s initials!

Overall Rating
Even though I did not have a perfect fit due to my inability to remember to switch the washing machine over, this little swim suit sure rocked my socks off!
